LCD TVset's (non-smart TVset) some function in future

Most of the main chip of the non-smart LCD TVset,some functions:
Support 3* HDMI input (Many of support HDMI 1.4)
All support HDCP function
Support one VGA input (have a RGB video ADC in the chip)
Support two YCbCr input, and three CVBS-video input (have a video ADC in the chip)
Support max to 192Khz 32bit two channel audio playback and capture (have a audio DAC/ADC in the chip,the signal to noise ratio all higher than 90db)
Have a SPDIF output/input port
Support 3* USB 2.0 port
Support one SATA port
Support SD/MMC card
Have one USB2.0 slave port,for brush the firmware or debug the TVset
Support 3* TS stream input interface
Support 3* I2C
Support SPI and UART
Have a MAC controller in the chip (for connect Ethernet PHY or WIFI RF chip)
Support NAND Flash or some other kinds of Flash chip (for saving firmware and setting)
Support DDR3 RAM
Real time clock function
Power Management function
Some of support 1366*768 resolution LCD screen (usually 32inch or some 37 inch), some of support 1920*1080 resolution LCD screen (usually 37inch or larger),the LCD screen all use LVDS interface
But also have some jumpers,can set these property of LCD screen (single or double, 6bit or 8bit, the voltage of LCD screen)
Support 24bit ture color OSD display (support transparent effect) by hardware.
Support YUV (YCbCr,whether PAL or NTSC) color mode convert to RGB color mode in real time
Support H.264,MPEG4(support to DivX 6 & Xvid),VC-1,WMV9,MPEG2,MPEG1 decoding by hardware,some of max to 1366*768 30fps, some of max to 1920*1080 30fps
Suppor MP4,MKV,DivX,MTS,F4V,FLV,WMV,ASF,AVI,MOV,TS(TP),VOB,MPEG(mpg,dat) etc. video container, some of support M2TS(blue-ray) video container
Support JPEG,GIF,TIF (LZW),PNG image high efficiency decoding by hardware
Support MP3 (320kbps max,support mp3 vbr/abr), AAC(HE-AAC), WMA, MPEG2 layer 1 & 2 audio, AC3 (2 channel only) audio decoding by hardware

At least have three HDMI input port

Have three analogy audio input port (all use 3.5mm port)
Have one analogy audio output port (use 3.5mm port)
Many of have a SPDIF I/O port,some of use 3.5mm port,some of use RCA port,some of use optical fiber port
Many of have a microphone port (use 3.5mm port)
Have 2 or 3 USB 2.0 port, among some of have a USB 2.0 and eSATA 2 in 1 port
Support USB disk, USB SDHC/MMC card reader, USB or SATA hard driver, USB or SATA CDROM
Support FAT, FAT32, NTFS (read only), CDFS, UDF (some of support UDF2.5) file system
If play audio only, or play the audio of a video or Digital TV, user can shut down the light source of the LCD screen
All support multilingual menu
All support Text reader function (*.txt file, maybe some of support more kinds of text files)
All not support analogy TV receiving function (Except the LCD TVset will be sold to less developed countries)

In future, many new LCD TVset, will support Digital TV receiving function:
If the LCD TVset sold to developed countries, will support DVB-S2 & DVB-S, some of both support DVB-C
If sold to China (include HONGKONG), will support both DVB-C and DMB-TH, some of support DVB-C only.
Some LCD TVset will not support any Digital TV receiving function.

If a LCD TVset support Digital TV receiving:
All support USB Conditional access system adapter
All at least have one I2C smartcard slot.
