forecast & imagine: Very cheap low-grade smart phone in the near future

Very cheap low-grade smart phone will be came out in the near future in many developed countries.
Nearly all of this kind of phone have these feature:
^ Will use public version of the PCB board designing scheme. And the shell will use public mold scheme. So can greatly reduce the cost
^ ARM Cortex A9 1.5Ghz Single-core CPU (Some of will use MIPS instruction set), the L2 cache of CPU greater than or equal to 512KB
^ All support H.264 (AVC) decoding and encoding by hareware. And support VP8 video decoding and encoding by hareware.
^ 768MB DDR3 RAM (Maybe 64MB or a few more capacity will be used as display cache, so have 704MB capacity of RAM can be visible)
^ 4GB NAND flash
^ Support GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900Mhz, and WCDMA.
(Some of support CDMA & CDMA2000 & GSM)
^ Bluetooth (support A2DP)(Some of low-grade phone will not have Bluetooth function, because some users will never use Bluetooth function, and so can reduce the cost.)
^ Wifi IEEE802.11 b/g/n (150Mbps max)
^ GPS
^ All have these sensors: gravity sensor, light sensor, accelerometer, compass
^ 3-million pixel back camera, support autofocus. Many of have a LED flashlight.
When recording video, all support 640*480 24fps at least.
Some of have a front camera, 0.3 million pixel, some of not have

^ Capacitive touch screen (Support multi-touch)
^ Two SIM card connectors (some of will be Mini-SIM card)

^ Many of the low-grade phone, will have been pre-installed some applications, but all of the pre-installed applications will not be as the system applications, so user can be very easily to uninstall them.
^ This kind of low-grade phone, whether the brand, the bootloader will be unlocked, and will use "Uboot" as the bootloader. So user can brush some other ROM into the phone easily.
^ Android operating system on the phone some of will be not "root", but user can be easy to use some methods to get "root". Some of the phone, Android operating system will have been got "root".

The Lithium ion battery's capacity will be larger than single core phone's Lithium ion battery.

For the low-grade phones, will also have more higher performance configuration model, such as: have more higher performance CPU and GPU, have 1.5GB or 2GB RAM, have more better back camera etc.

Many chip manufacturers will produce the main chip for low-grade smart phone, such as: MediaTek (MTK), Realtek, VIA, ALI, Sunplus, Winbond, Telechips, ATJ, Allwinner, Rockchip, Amlogic, Sigma, ATMEL, Texas Instruments (TI), Marvell, NXP Semiconductors (Freescale), Analog Devices, Cirrus Logic, STMicroelectronics etc.

Many manufacturers will produce this kind low-grade smart phone, such as: MSI, Pantech, Viewsonic, Gateway, Foxconn, OKWAP, COBY etc., and many Chinese manufacturers.
Many young people, students and low-income people, will very like this kind of low-grade phone.
The sales volume of this kind of low-grade phone will be very good.
This kind of low-grade phone will cost less than US$30.
The quality of the phone will be also very good.
When user will use the low-grade phone, it will run very fluent and fast.
In many large cities and many middle cities of some developed countries, will prohibit to sell very low-grade phone.
In United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and Singapore, will prohibit to sell the low-grade phone nationwide. The purpose will be to defend middle-grade and high-grade phone's sales volume, and can encourage tax.
In Australia and New Zealand, the low-grade phone will not have sell.
In all of less developed countries, the low-grade smart phone will not have sell.
